Returns & Shipping

 

We at nuevayorkshop.com appreciates your business as a valued customer.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be glad to provide you with a return or exchange within 30 days of its receipt. Unfortunately this is  not inclusive of sale or clearance items.

Please note the following: 

Returns

All returns must be in its original state when received, unworn, and unwashed. 

Once the item/s have gone through inspection and is in its original state a credit will be applied to original form of tender.

If for any reason there are signs of usage or imperfections the item/s will be shipped back to you and unfortunately can not credit you for your return.

Please remember to include return form when shipping back merchandise. 

Upon receipt of your merchandise a notification email will be sent to you indicating the status update of your return.

Exchanges

All exchanges must be in its original state when received, unworn, and unwashed. 

Once the item/s have gone through inspection and is in its original state we will be glad to grant you an exchange for any other item of your choosing.

Any differences in price will either be credited or charged to your account.

In the event that we do not have any inventory remaining  in the item/s you would like to exchange for your original purchase, we will go ahead and apply a credit to the original form of tender.

Gifts 

For gifts please refer to the return and exchange policies indicated above. 

If for any reason you may not want a credit applied to the original for of tender we will be glad to issue you a gift certificate for the full value of the item/s originally paid. 

Please remember to fill out and include the return form when shipping back merchandise. 

Please note for all for all returns it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the status of the shipment to correctly display through our shipping courier’s web site www.fedex.com. Your tracking number will be sent to you via email.
